Yates: Fine Margins Led To Chester Loss

Solihull Moors joint-manager Mark Yates believes his side were unlucky to leave Chester with nothing.

There was just a goal in the match, with a Ross Hannah effort ensuring Moors left with the loss, writes Tom Feaheny.

"Sometimes these games are decided by a set-piece, there was nothing in it, we were the better team first-half but didn't get going in the second," Yates told the club's website.

"We have to dust ourselves down and go again, we didn't find out stride second-half, neither keeper really had a save to make the whole game, it's three points we wanted but obviously didn't get.

"We didn't look the same unit in the second-half, we didn't have the same intensity, we have to pull the trigger a bit more, we had three or four opportunities were we could have."
