Wright Gets The Wrong Reaction From His Players

Nuneaton Town manager Tommy Wright expressed his disappointment after his side slipped to a 4-0 defeat at Harrogate Town.

"I feel let down," Wright told the club`s official website. "I've given the players everything I could give them in preparation for this game; we've looked bright in our system all week but then got picked off by four set-pieces.

"We never got going; credit to our hosts because they stopped us from getting into our rhythm and we couldn't handle them.

"Had we taken our chance just before half-time, it might have been a different game, but Harrogate won all of the second balls in midfield and they were clever with their game management.

"We know that we were off the boil and I am looking for a big reaction against Kidderminster Harriers on Tuesday.

"It's a chance for us to bounce back in front of our own fans".
