Ramsay, 19, is a right-back who started out at Tottenham Hotspur before joining the Canaries’ under-18 team in the summer of 2014.
He signed a two-year professional contract in 2016, progressing to their development squad.
Last season, he made seventeen appearances for Norwich`s under-23s in the Premier League 2, plus four appearances in the EFL Trophy, and was an unused substitute for Norwich’s Emirates FA Cup Third Round match at Southampton in January.
Ramsay said: “I played under-23s for the last two years at Norwich. I just think I needed a new challenge, and men’s first-team football is what I really wanted and Woking gave me that opportunity and I’ll never turn that down.”
Manager Anthony Limbrick said on the signing: “Having seen him come up and progress through the academy at Norwich City, playing against him many times, I know he’ll be a great addition to the team with his physical attributes and willingness to get forward and affect the game”.
