Will Orient Be Able To Call Upon Key Duo For Shots Test?

Leyton Orient hope to have two key players back for their trip to Aldershot tomorrow - and hope to avoid a fourth straight defeat in the process.

The O's defeat to Hartlepool United last week prevented the Londoners going to within a point of the league leaders.

Manager Steve Davis rued poor concentration levels either side of the half time whistle and knows focus must be greater at the EBB Stadium.

Aldershot are the Vanarama National League leaders but there could be some good news for Orient.

Defender Josh Coulson could be fit after missing the Pools game last weekend with a groin injury.

A hamstring injury kept winger James Dayton out of the team and both could return to action as Orient look to end their poor run of form.

Davis is confident his numbers will be enhanced and said: "We are not sure about Coulson’s groin. It is very difficult to see whether it is a little tug or something else, but it is definitely getting better.
“It has settled down now, obviously he wasn’t fit for Hartlepool United, but we are hopeful he will be back for Aldershot.

“James Dayton is the same. He has a slight tweak with his hamstring and again that wasn’t quite ready for last weekend."

Davis believes it's a matter of time before Orient break into the promotion places but knows the Shots will pose a serious threat on Saturday.
