Brackley have four wins out of their last five matches and are comfortably in the play-off places with 20 games played so far this season, writes Tom Feaheny.
"We are almost halfway through the season and we are enjoying where we are. We have some big games to come but it is great fun to this point,” Wilkin told the club's website.
“It is a team game and we need some big contributions to get the wins."
Their most recent victory was against Stockport County with the 3-2 win ensuring they kept their run going, it was a match with a number of stand-out individuals.
“Danny Lewis made a good save at a crucial time and has been terrific for us all season," the boss added. "Gaz Dean is the captain and a big leader for us and his block to save a goal came at a critical moment. "
They next take on FC United of Manchester away from home as they look to take second place. They sit behind Harrogate Town on goal difference only going into the weekend.
