Town drew at fellow promotion hopefuls Brackley on Good Friday before blowing Blyth Spartans away on Monday with a 5-1 victory.
Weaver’s men took advantage of Salford being out of action to reduce their lead at the top to three points with five games to go.
The boss told Harrogate Town TV: “It’s a big result for us and a timely boost ahead of some really difficult games coming up.
“Halving that deficit between ourselves and Salford is huge. All we can do is keep applying the pressure and putting in performances like we did against Blyth.
“The goal power in our team took the game away from Blyth but our fitness was also very good. If you put that fitness together with their hunger and we’re difficult to stop at times."
Next up for Harrogate is a trip to Bootham Crescent for a derby game at York City with Town knowing three points could potentially see them return to the summit.
“We’re aware that York have threats and they’ve got lots of experience,” Weaver said. “It’ll be a great derby atmosphere at Bootham Crescent and we’ll be going there to give 100 per cent.”
