Vermiglio Is 'Made Up' After Ruthless Magpies Win

Chorley boss Jamie Vermiglio said he was 'made up' after his side thrashed Kidderminster Harriers at Aggborough.

The Magpies strolled to a 4-0 win to keep the pressure on the leaders Bradford (Park Avenue).

Vermiglio's men had lost their last three in the league but improved when perhaps it mattered most, leaving him delighted.

"I’m absolutely made up because they [Kidderminster] were a potential banana skin," he told the club's YouTube service.

"But things came off for us today and the boys were relentless and worked hard, there was real togetherness on the pitch with their organisation and discipline.

" I’m really happy, really happy for everyone. The supporters were really loud today, they came in their numbers so a special thank you to them.

"I keep talking about us riding the crest of wave and it just keeps going on and we just keep enjoying it.

"I think a few around us dropped points so it’s even more pleasing when you come off the pitch and you’ve capitalised on that."
