Angelo Harrop's men face Bath City who snuck in at the eleventh hour despite losing to another play-off contender Aveley on the final day.
In the second Eliminator tie, Maidstone United continue their quest to bounce back at the first attempt - Aveley are their opponents.
The Millers are looking for an unprecedented back-to-back promotion after only coming into the South division last season.
Both games are available to stream exclusively on National League TV.
Chelmsford City await the winners of Eliminator A on Saturday 27 April at 3pm while Worthing will entertain the Eliminator B winners on Sunday 28 April, kick-off also at 3pm.
As ever, the Promotion Final will be played at the home of the finalist who finished higher in the regular season.
Both semi-finals will be screened exclusively live on National League TV.
