Gloucester City, Kidderminster Harriers, Alfreton Town and Brackley Town all rubber-stamped their places on Saturday afternoon.
Derbyshire hosts the first North play-off game as Billy Heath's Alfreton Town host Kidderminster Harriers at the Impact.
Perennial play-off side Brackley Town are hoping to finally go one better this time around - Gloucester City head to St James Park on Wednesday night.

King's Lynn await the winner of Eliminator A in the semi-final after pushing AFC Fylde all the way in the title race.
In the second semi-final being played on Sunday 7 May, Chester will host the winners of Brackley v Gloucester.
As ever, the Promotion Final will be played at the home of the finalist who finished higher in the regular season.
