Brackley Town v Leamington - National League North

Who would have had both these sides down as winning all their games heading in the final few days of August?

Well, Leamington may only have three points on the board but they can only win the matches they play!

Brackley are at 100 per cent from three games, their best win of the lot coming at York City on Saturday. They came from behind to achieve it, having been behind with five minutes to go.

The seasons may not have both finished, but the Saints have lost just twice at St James Park in the past two years.

Leamington’s win came on Saturday, finally getting things going as they saw off fast starting Spennymoor Town.

The hosts begin as favourites but manager Kevin Wilkin knows the quality the Brakes possess.

Chelmsford City v Ebbsfleet United - National League South

German managers are stealing the show at the top of the game with Jurgen Klopp, Hansi Flick and Thomas Tuchel claiming Champions League crown in the past three years.

There’s one at Ebbsfleet United who is really starting to win fans around.

Dennis Kutrieb has his team playing with style, winning both their games so far and scoring eight goals.

Chelmsford City may have two defeats to their name so far but go into this one on the back of a stellar showing as they beat a Bath City side who had won twice.

This will be a big test for the Fleet and the two clubs have history.

The Clarets won just twice at home before the last season was ended, while Ebbsfleet boasted the third best away record.
