Boreham Wood vs Dagenham & Redbridge

It was quite the way to deal with a mini slump, that’s for sure!

Boreham Wood battered Maidstone United 4-0 to consign their recent iffy spell to the history books and their opponents to relegation Now they’ve got a live game to show the rest they’re well and truly over it.

But with clubs with something to play for in their final few games, they need to take advantage of playing a team already planning for next year.

Dagenham will enjoy the pressure being off, but new boss Ben Strevens won’t accept a third straight defeat.

FC Halifax Town vs Wrexham

Wrexham fans haven’t had a more important weekend for the best part of few decades.

Come Monday night, they could have one foot in the EFL - or equally, they could be close to throwing it all away!

Yes, Monday’s first vs second game is huge but both teams know how important Friday’s games are and the Dragons have a tough one.

In their last nine away games, only a late Maidenhead leveller has prevented them being pitch perfect but Halifax like a big home game and with Notts hosting Wealdstone, they want to do the Magpies a favour.

Problem is, it will feel more like an away game. There will be more than 4,000 Wrexham fans at the Shay and they don’t want to leave disappointed.

Torquay United vs Eastleigh

Different agendas, but this match is just as big for both of these teams.

For Torquay, it’s about somehow edging from underneath the dreaded dotted line.

But for Eastleigh, it’s about starting the right side of the other one!

The Gulls haven’t just thrown themselves a relegation lifeline in the past few games, they’ve managed to place one hand on the orange ring. But safety is far from secured.

Getting things right at home after two away victories is a must if they are to navigate these choppy waters.

The Spitfires can’t let all their hard work be undone in the final month of the season.

Bromley are just three points behind and gaining fast and Eastleigh have got a little edgy on their travels again.

But they’ll know the away team have left Devon 2-1 winners in the past four matches.

Only doomed Maidstone have a worse home record than Torquay and they need to start producing at Plainmoor if they’re to reel in those above them.
