Yeovil Town vs Maidenhead United

It’s a case of nearly but not quiet for Mark Cooper at Yeovil Town so far.

Seconds from claiming a win in his first game, a late Maidstone United penalty was their undoing. Then at Woking, former Glovers manager Darren Sarll wasn’t to be outshone, despite more green improvement.

They won’t say as much, but a home game against Maidenhead United could be critical as they go searching for only their third win so far, and an escape route out of the bottom four.

Alan Devonshire’s team have lost three of their last four National League games but did win at Torquay United and Chesterfield early last month.

Wealdstone vs Chesterfield

Both clubs hope recent results will spark their season into life.

Things look a lot better for Paul Cook’s side after a nightmare start to last month threatened to derail their title push. Now they are beating League Two clubs in the cup and back of track in the league.

Wealdstone fans were wondering where their next win was coming from. Six straight defeats saw them concede in 22 goals, and answers were needed to stop the slide.

So how important could their sturdy 1-0 victory at Altrincham turn out to be?

Chesterfield have enjoyed playing the Stones in recent years, and last season saw them do the double.

Southend United vs Notts County

This live BT Sport game has all the ingredients needed to be classic, and if you aren’t at a game take our advice and tune in!

To say these two are in form is an understatement - and it’s very hard to call a winner.

The FA Cup isn’t for everyone, and the fact both got to put their feet up after early exits should mean they are fresh and firing for the watching public.

Leaders Notts’ run of eight straight league wins was halted by Bromley last time out and such is the nature of the league they know more dropped points at Roots Hall could see them lose top spot.

But winning five of six on their travels, it will take more than one off night to hamper the feel good factor.

Southend, however, are looking the real deal at both ends of the pitch and are getting better with every game.

In their last four, they haven’t conceded. They’ve also scored 11 times.

That run has seen Kevin Maher’s men slot in nicely into the top seven and their fans that made up more than half the crowd at Barnet last time out fancy them to stay there.

The big TV test will provide some clues to the Shrimpers’ staying power - and if a return to the EFL could become a reality.

What a Tuesday night we have ahead of us!
