Kidderminster Harriers vs Alfreton Town - National League North

It looks like the FA Cup run was just a decoy - Kidderminster have gone until the radar and found themselves slap bang in the middle of the title race.

Russ Penn’s team came within seconds of defeating West Ham and, heartbreakingly, within moments of the biggest FA Cup upset of many, many years.

But their National League North form hasn’t been disrupted. Tuesday’s emphatic win over in-form Hereford took them to within four points of leaders Gateshead.

They look to make it eight wins in ten against an Alfreton side who have taken four points from a possible 18.

Maidstone United vs Oxford City - National League South

Second plays third in the National League South and this could have a huge impact on the months ahead.

Maidstone United may not have spent long in top spot themselves but Hakan Hayrettin’s team have simply refused to let any of the leaders out of their sight.

Keeping Dorking Wanderers close hasn’t been easy, but unbeaten in 13 in the league the Stones have secured wins in eight of their last ten.

But you just can’t rule Oxford City out of the race, either.

They have now taken 12 points from a possible 15 after putting their rocky start to 2022 to one side.

Rumours are swirling that the club could have a high profile new manager in time for the game.

But since David Oldfield left for Weymouth, things haven’t gone too badly. The head to the Gallagher Stadium knowing a win will put them right in the title mix.

Oxford have only lost once away from home this season and that was narrowly at leaders Dorking.

It should be another sensational weekend!
