Rodak joined Fulham`s academy midway through the 2012/13 season, before signing him permanently in July 2013.
The stopper began his career in his homeland with MFK Košice and was selected for the Slovakia under-16 side during his time there.
After joining the Cottagers he was put straight into the under-18 set-up, despite his tender age and impressed, becoming first-choice for the remainder of the season and even elevating himself to become the goalkeeper for Fulham's successful Dallas Cup campaign with the under-19s.
He was a vital part of the under-18 side who claimed their second successive Barclays Premier League title.
He then played a key role as Fulham reached the final of the FA Youth Cup and also played fourteen league games in the 2013/14 season.
The 2014/15 season saw him take his place among the Fulham substitutes for the first time for the win over Leeds United at Elland Road, before he joined Farnborough in January on a two-month youth-loan.
He finished the campaign having made sixteen appearances for Fulham's under-21 side.
In November 2015 Rodák signed a contract extension, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2018.
The Wings have also signed former Bristol Rovers defender Jake Green.
Green joins Welling after a brief spell with Evo-Stil Northern Premier Leaguers Mickleover Sports.
He joined Mickleover in December after being released by Welling`s league rivals Kidderminster Harriers, who he had signed for in July 2014.
He made twenty-three appearances in his first season in Worcestershire, but made just three starts for the club this season, and a total of thirty-five appearances.
He had previously spent time at Mansfield Town, Weymouth and Bristol Rovers.
