Two More Triallists Pen Harriers Deals

Two more new players have joined Kidderminster Harriers.

Jean-Michel Joachim and Josh Webb have both been signed by manager John Eustace on short-term contracts.

Strictly speaking, Webb isn’t all that new, having been originally signed, then released, at the end of last season.

The 21-year-old versatile defender signed for Harriers last March having left Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock.

The Halesowen-born former England under-17 and under-18 international was invited back for pre-season training and has excelled when he has played in various friendlies.

He’ll probably start at full-back and then be utilised as cover once Lee Vaughan makes his comeback from his broken leg.

Joachim (pictured) is a French-born player from Les Ulis just South of Paris.

He started his career with AS Nancy before being sent out on loan to US Boulogne.

He was then released to join up with Luxembourg-based FC Wiltz 71 for the 2015/16 season.

He left there to try his luck in England and after a short trial with Carlisle United, he joined the Cumbrians from March this year after the money to pay his wages was raised by a crowdfunding scheme.

He has been on trial with Harriers for all of the pre-season games and that has earned him a short-term contract.
