The Huddersfield-born defender has played three times for Bradford this season in the league, making seven appearances in total.
Graham joins on loan from Championship side Sheffield United, also until the end of the season.
The young centre-back is highly-regarded by The Blades development staff, following a superb season for the under-18’s back in the 2016/17 season.
He also featured regularly for the under-23’s during this time.
He has recently signed a new contract which keeps him at Sheffield United until 2020 was snapped up by boss Jamie Fullarton as the fifth signing of his Halifax tenure.
Graham replaced Hanson in the game against Solihull Moors on Saturday.
