Trinity`s Jacklin Earns North`s Top Player Award

Michael Jacklin of Gainsborough Trinity is the October player of the month for the Vanarama National League North.
Trinity face a tough but winnable First Round match in the Emirates FA Cup this coming weekend, but are buoyed with a terrific run in October, lifting them out of the relegation zone in the National League North.
Pivotal at both ends of the team during the month has been centre-back Jacklin, who primarily is a lynch-pin in the defence but has surprised many, including his manager, with three crucial goals from set-pieces.
With spirits high in the Lincolnshire camp, could there be a cup run on the cards at Northolme?
