One incredible run is over while the National League North leaders also suffered a frustrating night.

On-fire Ebbsfleet United couldn’t quite make it two straight months of relentless winning.

Oxford City pegged the leaders back as a goal from Olly Sanderson meant they failed to make it ten National League South wins from ten.

Havant & Waterlooville applied the pressure on the leaders - James Roberts and Danny Wright both scored as they won 2-0 at winless Weymouth, as new Terras boss Bobby Wilkinson saw for himself the size of the task ahead.

Dulwich Hamlet secured a crucial win over Cheshunt, who are struggling for form since their opening day win. An easy 3-0 away victory saw Danny Mills twice hit the target.

Manny Parry’s goal wasn’t enough for Welling United who had to settle for a point at home to Dover Athletic as Jazzi Barnum-Bobb’s winner at Farnborough kept Chelmsford City flying high.

Tommy Block’s penalty earned Hampton & RB a narrow win at Hungerford.

Bath City left it very late to pinch a point at Taunton as Alex Fletcher’s 97th minute goal sent the travelling fans wild.

Dartford beat Eastbourne Borough 2-1, with Hemel Hempstead seeing off Tonbridge Angels.

Elsewhere Braintree beat St Albans 1-0, Sean Theobalds grabbed Concord’s leveller against Worthing as Slough Town left Chippenham with three points to show for their trip.

National League North leaders King’s Lynn Town fell to defeat at struggling Kettering Town - Decarey Sheriff shot down the ten-man table toppers, pictured.

They stay ahead of the chasing pack as Banbury United drew with Gloucester City. Matt McClure struck to make it 1-1.

Strong starters Scarborough also had a tough night, going down 2-0 to a Connor Hampson inspired Curzon Ashton in Greater Manchester.

Darlington left it very late to climb to third - another victory was secured by a 90th minute screamer from Ben Liddle.

Jake Wright put the seal on Boston’s win at Farsley Celtic while Jack Sampson helped Chorley earn a point at home to Chester, 2-2 it ended.

Kidderminster left Buxton happy with a point while Dom Smith's goal four minutes into time added on secured a point for Alfreton at home to Peterborough Sports.

Elsewhere there were big wins for Brackley Town at AFC Telford, while AFC Fylde needed Nick Haughton again as they drew 2-2 with Spennymoor Town.

Hereford and Leamington fired blanks but the Brakes stay in the promotion places.
