Teams know they are now just three rounds and four games away from the Trophy final at Wembley, so there is lots to be played for, writes Tom Feaheny.
St Albans City/Harrogate Town v Billericay Town
A replay tonight will see which side in the second tier of the National League will take on the competition's lowest seed Billericay Town, all three teams are aiming for promotion at present with the winner of tonight's replay having home advantage.
Next season Billericay could be a National League South side as they currently sit 2nd in the Bostik League Premier table and have games in hand on the current leader Dulwich Hamlet.
Wealdstone v Ebbsfleet United/Warrington Town
A Sean Shields' stoppage-time equaliser means National League Ebbsfleet United are still in with a chance of facing Wealdstone in the next round.
Warrington Town are aiming to be in the National League North next season and will be a tough opponent for Wealdstone if they get through.
Ebbsfleet defeated Wealdstone last season in the National League South 4-2 at the start of 2017.
Brackley Town/Barrow v Sutton United
There is potential for an all National League clash although high-flying National League North side Brackley Town could also be the hosts to Sutton United.
Another replay will decide this tie, with Brackley Town's recent run of cup victories meaning they and Barrow will both fancy their chances of taking on in-form Sutton United.
If Barrow go through they will face the side they lost 3-2 to in late September in the league.
Dover Athletic v Leyton Orient
This is an all Vanarama National League tie with both sides overcoming lower league opposition to get through in tough matches with Dover Athletic defeating Marine 4-3 and Leyton Orient beat Bognor Regis Town after extra-time 2-1 on Saturday.
These two sides have met already in the league with the game ending 1-1, they will then meet a month after this Trophy tie in the reverse league game.
There is currently a 13 point gap between the two sides although Orient have improved their form since Justin Edinburgh took charge.
Spennymoor Town v East Thurrock United
Both sides defeated National League opposition to get to this round, with Spennymoor defeating Solihull Moors and East Thurrock beating Chester.
While Spennymoor are firmly in the play-off places in the North, East Thurrock have work to do if they are to try and get into the National League next season.
East Thurrock have also defeated Aldershot Town in the earlier stages of this competition.
