They claimed all three points in fine wins over Woking, Ebbsfleet United and Hartlepool United and their fans hope it’s the sign of things to come.

George Elokobi continues to build on last season’s achievements - and their climb up the National League South table is incredible.

They won all five of their league games in December, scoring 14 goals and conceding just once despite playing four of their matches away from home.

Wins at Aveley, Truro City, Salisbury and Tonbridge Angels came with a 4-0 home thumping of Farnborough thrown in for good measure.

The Stones ended November down in 12th but saw out 2024 just two points behind leaders Torquay United. They’ve not lost since September 3 and the Stones are unbeaten away from home in the league - the only other side in the top six tiers who can boast that record are Premier League leaders Liverpool.
