But the Aldershot Town manager would prefer a quiet life and not spending the entire game on edge!
The Shots have produced two brilliant come-back wins inside a few days, roaring back to flip their match with Hartlepool United within seconds on Saturday.
Then on Tuesday night they bailed themselves out after going 2-0 down at home to Maidenhead United, putting their foot down to totally turn things around in the second half.
It was their third league win in a row which included taking Solihull Moors’ unbeaten run and the latest success took them into the top seven - but Tommy doesn’t seem totally satisfied.
He said: “We re-grouped brilliantly at half time and with our fitness and sharpness, we ran our deserved winners in the end, even if we rode our luck in the first half.
“Did I enjoy watching it? No. They’ve got to do what we want them to do as a group sometimes, not individuals and that frustrates me at times, but credit to the lads as they’ve kept at it again.
“They are a young group, they’re on an upward trajectory and there’s more to come from them. We can shut out teams better than that but it’s a really good win after the start.
"It’s great to be in the play-offs but we all have exactly the same collective intention. When I came here I wanted to improve the home form and progress to the first round at minimum of the FA Cup.”
Aldershot look to make it five wins from six league matches when they make the short trip to Dorking Wanderers on Saturday.
