TicketCo, in partnership with the National League, presents...

Ticketing Manager of the Year Award – 2025

• Which ticketing managers in the National League, National League North, and National League South are driving growth and innovation behind the scenes?

• Who are the unsung heroes at National League Clubs, ensuring smooth matchdays and building stronger fan experiences?

Ticketing managers often work tirelessly behind the scenes. Their work is vital for both operational success and supporter satisfaction.

As the Official Ticketing Partner of the National League, TicketCo aims to recognise the efforts of ticketing managers across the three divisions. With the National League Ticketing Manager of the Year Award – 2025, we will celebrate the hard work and dedication shown by ticketing professionals across all 72 National League clubs.

How It Works:
• Clubs across the three divisions are invited to nominate their ticketing managers for consideration.
• An independent panel of industry experts—appointed jointly by TicketCo and the National League—will assess the nominations. The panel will operate independently, and clubs using any ticketing provider are encouraged to participate.
• One winner from each division (National League, National League North, and National League South) will be selected.

What’s the Prize?
Each winner will receive an exclusive trip to Norway, including:
• A visit to TicketCo’s headquarters for a behind-the-scenes look at our product development team and the future of ticketing innovation.
• A matchday and stadium visit with SK Brann, a top-tier Norwegian club competing in UEFA Champions League qualifiers this season and serving as TicketCo’s live innovation lab.
• The three winners will also be invited as guests on the Don’t Forget Your Tickets podcast, powered by Ticketco.

How Are Winners Selected?
This is not about the ticketing system a club uses—it’s about the individual behind the system.
The panel will focus on:
• Willingness to go the extra mile for the club and its supporters.
• Openness to innovation and embracing new ideas.
• Demonstrated achievements that have driven growth or improved the supporter experience.
