Three Week Countdown On As More Signings Are Made

With pre-season in full swing, it's been another busy week of photos with scarves and contracts.

With just three weeks until things get back underway in the Vanarama National League, here's a look at some of the biggest deals this week.

Maidenhead's Emile Acquah became the latest EFL-bound National League star - he joins League Two Barrow.

Rochdale kept a long-standing family connection going with the signing of goalkeeper Louie Moulden.

The on-loan Wolves stopper joins the club where both his dad and grandad played in the past.

Dale also added experienced midfielder Adam Clayton this week.

Bromley have also strengthened between the sticks as Teddy Sharman-Lowe joins on loan from Chelsea.

York City are showing they mean business this season as former Colchester winger Callum Harriott checked in.

Luke Garrard reckons Boreham Wood's latest new addition Kwesi Appiah can offer more than just goals.

Speaking on the signing of the former Wimbledon striker he said: "His goal scoring record has been very good in recent years and we hope he can bring an additional goal threat to our attacking unit.

"Having met him and had some very detailed talks, he will definitely have an important role in leading the group."

Two promoted sides have also added to their armoury.

AFC Fylde landed sought-after defender Owen Evans from Gloucester City while Oxford City captured Dartford attacked Pierre Fonkeu.

Michael Gyasi swapped Chesterfield for National League North side Boston United.

Yeovil Town continued their mini summer rebuild with the loan signing of Bristol City man Zac Bell.

Farnborough secured a triple swoop as Michal Folivi, Ricky Holmes and Taylor Maloney join.

Dover Athletic have snapped up three of their National League Academy title winners as Matty Holness, Henry Young and Archie Hatcher moved up to the senior squad.

Mitch Brundle also added Joshua Anifowose and Michael Olarewaju to his squad.

Tyrese Dyce has signed for Slough Town.
