The winger helped Forest Green to promotion from the National League last term and he’ll be hoping to do the same at Crabble this time around.
And he made the perfect first impression in a Whites shirt. Marsh-Brown scored just 52 seconds into his debut before adding a second half an hour later.
Those two goals were enough to stop Macclesfield in their tracks and keep Dover in the top seven.
Marsh-Brown told the club’s website: “It (the first goal) was a quick one! I was shocked myself but I just got my shot off and it’s gone into the bottom corner.
“The team were excellent against the side at the top of the League. I was just happy to be back out on the pitch - I’m hungry to play.
“I had a few offers from the top and bottom of the League but Dover stuck out to me and they’ve really welcomed me.
“It’s been a while since I’ve played so I’m still trying to get my fitness up. I’m just trying to get as many goals and assists as I can. I’m a match-winner and I just want to win games.”
