There Could Be Some Shocks In Store Says Nash Boss Bradshaw

Curzon Ashton manager Mark Bradshaw reckons we could see some surprises in the National League North.

The Nash boss even hopes his side could cause a top seven stir.

Curzon have had a busy summer with 12 new players joining the club in the close season.

They latest is Josh Askew, who arrives on a season-long loan from Salford City.

Bradshaw, 49, is happy with what he’s done so far - and won’t rule out a push if they start well.

He told us: “The National League North only gets stronger every year. You would expect that with the way players filter down.

“It’s going to be even more competitive now and I don’t think there’s a stand-out side like we have seen before with Fylde, Salford City and Stockport County really getting it right under Jim Gannon last year.

“We may be in for a few surprise teams doing well and if we are then I would love us to be one of them!”

The Curzon manager is the subject of this weekend’s special feature - don’t miss it on Saturday!
