Ammies midfielder Danny Lloyd said they are looking forward to pitting themselves against an EFL team.
"It’s obviously a big game for the club but I think for us within the dressing room we need to treat it as any other game," he said.
"We have prepared well and are all looking forward to testing ourselves against higher ranked opposition again.
"We are in great form on all fronts and we go into every game confident in our preparation and our ability as a team and we always play to win so it should be an entertaining game."
The Ammies will face Scunthorpe United at home if they progress this evening.
