Incredibly, there were 11 crowd registering over 2,000 as turnstile operators were kept on their toes.
National League chief executive Michael Tattersall says the competition is only getting more popular as we reach the climax to the season.
He said: “We are delighted to have reached a total of more than 50,000 for the fixtures this weekend. It shows further evidence of the level and importance of fan engagement our clubs are providing their supporters.
“Attendances across the competition have been very encouraging for the 2018-19 season. Having seen increases to year-on-year attendances for the previous four consecutive seasons, we are confident of adding a fifth at the conclusion of the current campaign.”
As always, we have recorded the highest ten crowds from Saturday’s matches.
