There was plenty of important of results in the Vanarama National League North, but which players really stood out?

Bradford Park Avenue gained the last play-off place, while champions Salford City ended their campaign with another win, writes Tom Feaheny.

As we do every week, we get on the phone to club officials, reporters and managers to gage their views on the weekend’s best - and build a squad of 16.

Here is what we’ve come up with following Saturday’s National League North games.

Goalkeeper: Henrich Ravas (Gainsborough Trinity)

In his final game on loan there was another clean sheet for the keeper, who made some good saves.

Defence: Jordon Cooke (North Ferriby United)

Played a big role for the Villagers as they ended their season on a high.

Defence: David Atkinson (Blyth Spartans)

Solid performance by Atkinson who stood out for Blyth.

Defence: Jordan Keane (Boston United)

Keane has impressed this season and did so once again at the back for Boston.

Midfield: Robert Ramshaw (Spennymoor Town)

Scored and was the creative force as Spennymoor won.

Midfield: Luke Lofts (North Ferriby United)

Two goals for Lofts and a stand-out for Ferriby.

Midfield: Nathan Jarman (Gainsborough Trinity)

Jarman got another double to his name and stood out for Trinity.

Midfield: Oli Johnson (Bradford Park Avenue)

Johnson's calmness was key he helped Avenue in their dramatic comeback.

Midfield: James Armson (Brackley Town)

Scored both goals for Brackley and was the key man as they won.

Striker: Dom Knowles (Harrogate Town)

Five goals and a quality performance, means Knowles had to be in.

Striker: Mike Phenix (Salford City)

Two goals for Phenix ensured Salford ended their champion winning season with another win.
