It’s been a far from perfect start to life in the hot-seat after switching from Wealdstone in late January.
When he arrived the club were in a play-off place, but ever since the departure of Andy Whing the Moors have slid down the table.
Ahead of tomorrow’s match with Sutton United, Taylor’s team are 15th - and have taken just one point from a possible 27.
Their latest loss came at Aldershot and the former Portsmouth midfielder says the blame lies with him.
“My message to the fans is thank you for their support on Tuesday night, and to tell them that we were extremely disappointed and embarrassed,” he said.
“We have got to be better, and that starts and finishes with me.
“Ultimately I have to own it. It’s not good enough for us as a football club and the standards that we set.
“I want the supporters to know that things will look different on Tuesday against Sutton United, I promise.”
