It’s a long summer if you suffer a relegation and missing out on a play-off place can cloud even the sunniest of days before it all starts again.
So for one final time this season, let’s take a close look at the league action and of course what it all means.
The issues down the bottom are far from straight forward - so it’s a good job we’ve got a great team on the case tomorrow to talk us thought it!
Matt Smith and the TNT Sports experts are gearing up for a day of drama and will broadcast live from the mega game down the bottom as Boreham Wood host Ebbsfleet United.
Both are in big trouble - but both know a win will save their skins and will probably haul the other under. A draw for Fleet is enough but not for Wood, unless Woking lose by five goals or more at home AFC Fylde.
The Cards stay up with a draw but they don’t have the only fan base biting their nails.
York City and Wealdstone will survive whatever happens elsewhere if they draw or lose by a narrow margin. Oldham await for the Stones on Saturday.
York face a trip to Solihull Moors - and Andy Whing’s team need points for home advantage in the play-off Eliminators.
The Moors will host for sure if they defeat the Minstermen in the Midlands but Gateshead will have the advantage if they win at home to Bromley and results go their way.
Altrincham know that they really do need to beat Oxford City to secure their place - a draw won’t be enough for a top five finish if the Moors and Heed are both victorious.
There is still one more play-off place up for grabs, of course… and three clubs want it!
FC Halifax Town will take it if they leave Eastleigh with all three points this weekend but any slip lets Aldershot Town in.
Tommy Widdrington’s side have thrown themselves a lifeline and go to Dagenham & Redbridge level on points with the Shaymen but hoping there’s one last twist in this superb season to come.
But Southend United, incredibly, can still make it. If both Halifax and Aldershot lose then they’re in - providing they see to Rochdale at Roots Hall, that is.
Don’t forget, all Saturday’s matches kick off simultaneously at 12.15pm.
Because of this - you can stream all the National division action live on National League TV with a Match Pass for £9.50.
Details of how to stream are here - Boreham Wood v Ebbsfleet United is not available in for domestic supporters as it is being shown on TNT Sports.
