Struggling Woking Part Company With Their Manager Limbrick

Woking have this afternoon parted company with their manager Anthony Limbrick.

The Australian leaves with the club in poor form and close to the relegation zone.

Woking have lost seven of their last nine matches in the National League and are only three points away from the bottom four.

A club statement confirmed the club have opted to make a change.

“Woking Football Club has parted company with Manager Anthony Limbrick, with immediate effect,” it read.

“We would like to thank Anthony for his hard work, passion and commitment, and wish him well in his future career.

“Geoff Chapple will oversee all football related matters for our remaining matches this season, working alongside Jason Goodliffe.

They will have access to whatever support they require.

The club will not be making any further statements or comments at this time.
