The manager watched his team close the gap on the top seven to just two points on Tuesday night.
Their come-from-behind victory at Truro City was worth the long trip to Cornwall.
His team have had an up and down season but Wilkinson isn’t keen for anyone to start talking up their chances now.
“I want people to write us off. I want people to not think we can’t make the play-offs,” he told StonesTV.
“Let’s not get carried away. I don’t care what we’ve done in 2019 so far.
“But if you stick together and you stay together then you will get results.
“We have taken 50 fans down to Truro on a Tuesday night in February and they just got louder and louder.
“What impressed my most was my team fighting and fighting and fighting even when we’re losing.
“We talked about staying in the game at half-time and letting our fitness shine through in the second half and we did that.”
