Despite only a one-point return from their two games so far, Saunders stresses there is no lack of confidence in the camp.
The fact that there is sure to be well over 5,000 inside Brisbane Road later this afternoon only adds an edge to his players' performance according to the Gallagher boss.
Derby defeat clearly hasn't damaged morale and Saunders says the 2-0 loss at Ebbsfleet will soon be forgotten.
He said: “There’s going to be a big crowd and it’s an ideal one for our boys.
“If you go to another team, maybe sometimes you’re expecting to win games.
“But when you go somewhere like Orient, you can look forward to it and maybe your players raise their game a little bit.
“A lot of them won’t have played there before, so it’s good in that respect, and hopefully we can get a result," Saunders told KentOnline.
