Centre-half Hill, 25, will be a player known to Stones fans as he had a spell at Grosvenor Vale several seasons ago before linking up with Boreham Wood.
The powerful defender has also seen vast experience at Dartford, Havant & Waterlooville and most recently at league rivals Chelmsford City.
Hippolyte-Patrick (pictured), 22, joins from another league rival, Hampton & Richmond Borough, and is an attack-minded, pacey wide midfield player who was previously with National League outfit Sutton United.
However, former skipper and Wealdstone stalwart Wes Parker has decided to move onto pastures new.
Parker linked up with the Stones as long ago as August 2010 and has been a tremendous servant to the club.
Wealdstone manager Gordon Bartlett said: “We are very sorry to see Wes leave the club but he feels the time is right to move on. He has been a fantastic role model and servant to the club over the past seven years and an excellent club captain. His attitude has been fantastic both on and off the pitch and we all wish him the very best for the future”.
