An attacking midfielder, Hall-Johnson joined Norwich from Cambridge United at the age of 10 when the U`s dropped out of the Football League.
He made his first appearance for the Canaries` under-18s in September 2010 and in March 2011, it was announced that he would join Norwich's Academy in the summer of 2011.
Hall-Johnson played in both FA Youth Cup semi-final matches against Nottingham Forest which the Canaries won to progress to the FA Youth Cup final and he scored the only goal of the first leg.
He went on to be a member of Norwich`s under-21 Development Squad and was on the bench for Norwich's FA Cup Third Round clash with Fulham on in January 2014. He made his debut for Norwich in the Capital One Cup win over Crawley Town in August 2014, coming on as substitute.
He was released by the Canaries in June 2016 and spent part of the close season on trial with his former club, Cambridge United.
