It has been a difficult few weeks for the side, who now find themselves just four points off the play-off places, writes Tom Feaheny.
"I thought first half we played some terrific stuff, it was physical, the players have given it their all and that is what I wanted," Still told the club's website.
"To come back from 2-1 down to win this, with what has happened is a great result and reaction from the players but also the club as well.
"We have lost some players who would be seen as match winners, in recent weeks but we are showing we still have plenty."
The Daggers boss believes that despite a raft of changes they will keep challenging for a top seven place until the end of the campaign.
"The spirit and quality within this group is still very high and that is only a good thing as we head into the run-in."
