Loyal Clive died at the club prior to the team’s friendly match with Luton Town in July.
A dedicated volunteer, Churchhouse had followed the club with passion for many years and was a popular figure in the football community.
The Saints are to dedicate this weekend's National League South match with Gloucester to the 71-year-old.
In a special move, the club have confirmed the York Road End of the stadium will be renamed The Clive Churchhouse Terrace.
Saints secretary Tom Norman said: "Clive was a big part of the club.
"He had been coming here for 50 or 60 years, he was a volunteer who worked tirelessly for the club and was close to the players, management and board.
"We thought it was only fair to remember him in this way."
