Over 700 supporters are expected to make the trip to the south coast hoping the Southern Premier side can cause a real upset.
The old Hereford of course had fantastic tradition in the competition while Eastleigh's recent history has seen them enjoy their adventures.
But Bulls manager Peter Beadle says form counts for a lot going into such a fixture.
With the Silverlake pitch deemed playable, Eastleigh must improve on recent displays or the shoe may be on the other foot for a change.
Beadle said: "By the sounds of things our support will be huge on Saturday and that could possibly play a part. It's great they are backing us in such numbers.
"They'll be getting right behind us so hopefully we can put on a display to match that. We want to cause an upset, we want to be one of the stories.
"Our club in the past has done great things in the FA Cup and if the current crop can add their own little spin on things, then even better."
But Beadle knows Richard Hill's struggling side are made of stern stuff.
"They'll be full of professional players and it will be a type of challenge we aren't really used to," the former Newport County manager said.
"But we are in form at the moment so that gives us a real opportunity, whoever we are coming up against."
