The Spitfires Vanarama National League fixture with Solihull Moors on Tuesday October 24th won’t cost fans a penny to watch.
The taster game is geared towards giving locals the chance to sample the matchday experience in the hope they return to the Silverlake in the future.
“This is a fantastic way to help grow the Eastleigh family,” said chairman Stewart Donald.
“If we get an extra 1,000 fans along and five or ten per cent of them get hooked or come back, it will be fantastic.
“Hopefully both these games will be well attended and then it’s over to the team to deliver!”
Manager Richard Hill was meanwhile frustrated his team fired blanks against Aldershot on Monday.
