Roache was part of the Blackpool under-18 side that won the Lancashire FA Youth Cup and North-West Youth Alliance League double last season, scoring 30 goals in just thirty-one matches for the side.
He made his senior debut during Blackpool’s EFL Trophy game against Doncaster, scoring in the post-match penalty shoot-out.
Beginning his international career with Ireland U16’s, he represented the National under-17 side at the Under-17 European Championships in Croatia this summer.
He scored one goal in the group stage against Bosnia-Herzegovina with the team progressing into the knockout stages before being eliminated in the quarter-finals against England.
