Former Sandgrounder Kissock made twenty-eight appearances for the club over two seasons, scoring 4 goals.
He has also represented England under-16, under-18 and England C.
Beginning his career for Everton’s youth team, he became the youngest ever player for Everton reserves.
After leaving Goodison Par, Kissock had spells at Hamilton Academical and Formby before joining Southport.
He then went to Luton Town for an undisclosed fee as well as spending time at Macclesfield Town and Oldham Athletic.
He then joined former Southport coach Pablo Asensio at Whitehawk before joining Ebbsfleet United.
Kissock told the club`s website: “I’ve got a lot of feelings for the club so I’m really happy to be back. The supporters have always been brilliant with me and it’s a club I really like.
“I left to go to Luton and moved around a little bit. I wanted to get a little closer to home. I’ve had a little girl and wanted to try and get back closer to Liverpool. I was made up when the staff here asked me to come down and sign because of the memories I’ve got here. They showed me how we’re going to play and told me about their ambitions so I’m really happy.”
“We’ve got some great players, there’s a good balance of experience and youth so I really think we can go for it. We need to get to the play-offs, 100%”.
