Burscough striker Yves Zama and Fleetwood striker Gerard Garner have joined the club while midfielder Liam Hynes has departed on a free transfer to Warrington Town.
Zama joins from Hallmark Security League Premier Division neighbours Burscough on a free transfer with Garner joining on a month`s loan arrangement.
Twenty-three-year-old Zama caught the eye of the Southport management team at the club’s 1-0 win over the Linnets in pre-season.

Eighteen-year-old Garner began his footballing career by breaking Wayne Rooney’s goalscoring record in a single season for Liverpool Schoolboys, scoring 76 goals at 11 years old.
He joined Liverpool’s academy before joining Fleetwood.
Garner was one of three players from the Cod Army`s under-18 side who earned full-time contracts last season, and will embark on his first ever loan spell at the Merseyrail Community Stadium.
Departing Port is Liam Hynes, who made fifteen league appearances for the club, playing twenty-one times in all competitions.
He has moved to Evo-Stik League Premier side Warrington Town.
