The 22-year-old striker is in line for an immediate start against Gloucester City in the FA Cup on Saturday and he can’t wait to get started.
“It’s great to get the deal over the line now,” he told the club’s website. “It’s something I’ve heard about for a few weeks now and I’m pleased to get it done.
“I was very impressed with the way Bromley set up when they played Maidstone a couple of weeks ago and it definitely played a part in me wanting to come here.”
The Ravens have seen a slight upturn in their form of late and manager Smith will be hoping the Irishman’s addition will help maintain that.
He said: “Joe is someone I’ve kept an eye on for a while now. When playing against him during his time at Woking, he impressed me, and I grabbed the opportunity to bring another good quality forward in.
“He’s a good player – a Republic of Ireland U21 international. Hopefully we can get the best out of him.”
