Stock will now make history with the side leading them into the Vanarama National League, writes Tom Feaheny.
The experienced midfielder has played a big part in the side getting to the level.
Stock revealed that he had offers on the table elsewhere but wanted to stay.
Speaking to the club's website he said: "Getting promoted two years on the trot you feel apart of the club and to be in the conference next year is incredible.
"It’s an exciting time for many fans and all at the club and it’s great to be apart of it”.
“It would have been an easy decision if I didn’t get a coaching role at AFC Bournemouth.
"It’s because at the end of my playing career and coaching is what keeps me in the game but hopefully that time will come.”
This is another big boost for Lee Bradbury after he revealed earlier he wanted to keep a majority of his promotion winning squad together.
