Wealdstone have confirmed that stalwart defender Wes Parker has signed on for the coming season in the Vanarama National League South.

Part of the Stones` strong centre-back line-up and long established club captain, Pariker is a fitness enthusiast to the extreme, often taking part in Iron Man challenges and long distance cycling endurances.

Parker is a former professional with National League Promotion Final winners Grimsby Town and had spells with Gainsborough Trinity and Boston United.

He joined Wealdstone in August 2010 and has been a pivotal part of the squad ever since.
