Shots Make Some Changes At The Trapdoor Opens

Aldershot Town have announced the departure of Shamir Fenelon and Matt Bozier.

Both have left the EBB after they agreed to the mutual termination of their contracts.

Fenelon leaves the Shots after two-and-half- years at the club.

Shots Academy graduate Bozier made just three appearances for the club and his future is elsewhere.

The club could be relegated this weekend after a disappointing season.

It will be all over for the club if they don’t beat Hartlepool United.

Gary Waddock said at the weekend that errors are the reason the club are set to drop into the National League South.

The went ahead at Bromley on Saturday but couldn’t see it out.

“To lead the game and not win is a real disappointment after we came back early on from going a goal down,” he said.

“But all you need to do is look at the goals we conceded and the errors which were made.

“It’s not just today. We have let in poor goal after poor goal and the mistakes we make so often have hurt us.

“It’s certainly contributed to where we are in the league.”
