Shaymen's Boss Heath Relishing Halifax's Orient Trip

Billy Heath sees his FC Halifax Town side make the trip to Brisbane Road tonight as his side take on Leyton Orient.

Billy Heath sees his FC Halifax Town side make the trip to Brisbane Road tonight as his side take on Leyton Orient, writes Tom Feaheny.

The Shaymen are five games unbeaten and currently sit sixth in the Vanarama National League table, ahead of facing the fourth placed side.

Looking at the confidence within the dressing room, Heath says his side have got what it takes to get a result away from home tonight.

He told the Halifax Courier.

“I’ve said to the players, we’re not going there with any fear. We should be embracing it and enjoying it, which they are doing at the minute.

“We’re buoyant, we’ve won another game, so the confidence is high within the group."

After defeating Maidenhead United on Saturday, that saw them move up the table once again Heath says despite conceding two late goals he is pleased with how they are doing.

“I said after the game yes, it’s disappointing to concede the two late goals but don’t take that away from the performance."
