Sharpe Impresses To Earn Extended Lambs Deal

Tamworth have confirmed that Rhys Sharpe has signed a contract with the club until the end of next season.

The former Derby County, Notts County, Swindon Town and Northern Ireland under-21 international left-back has made four appearances for the Lambs so far after joining from Evo-Stik League Premier side Matlock Town, picking up the man of the match award against both York City and AFC Telford United.

Sharpe joins fellow squad members Tom Shaw, Aman Verma, Akwasi Asante, and Zack Kotwica, all of whom have committed to the club for next season.
