The 7-1 win for the side against Aldershot Town, means they improved their goal difference but are still two points off a top seven place, writes Tom Feaheny.
The Coasters in recent weeks have beaten Tranmere Rovers, Macclesfield Town and now Aldershot Town by big scorelines.
"As a performance and a game in general, we were very clinical, it looked like it was a one-sided game, but we had to work our socks off to get it," Challinor told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"We want to keep replicating that, the hardest thing is putting the ball in the net, we did that so well, we are the top scorers due to the amount of players we have where players are chipping in and of course Danny Rowe as well.
"We restricted them due to our hard work and due to the quality we have, we did well.
"The mentality is we have to take it one game at a time, sometimes it is easier to face a team going to the ground with the aim to win, we knew Aldershot would do that.
"The confidence is high in this group, but the job is nowhere near done yet and we know that."
