Season Ticket Sales Top 1000

By Steve Whitney

One thousand season tickets have been snapped up for Maidstone United’s first season in the Vanarama National League.

This milestone has been reached four weeks and four days earlier than last year – guaranteeing once again four figure crowds for all home games at the Gallagher Stadium this coming season.

Club chief executive Bill Williams said: “This is a magnificent achievement and my thanks to everyone who’s ordered their ticket for what promises to be an exciting season. The number of supporters buying for the first time is very encouraging and my sense is that they wanted to be certain of admission, especially when the capacity is reduced during the building works”.
